The Penguins finished of the Blue Jackets in game 6 to make the series final 4-2. Montreal stormed through Tampa Bay to win the series 4-0. Boston beat the Detroit Red Wings in a series of 4-1. The Flyers nearly made it, but could not get past the NY Rangers in game 7. (Series was 4-3) LA Kings made an amazing comeback from a 3-0 series and turned it in a 3-4 vs San Jose. The Kings are now part of the 4 teams that have been able to come back from a 3-0 deficit. The Ducks won over the Stars in a 4-2 series with lots of scoring and physical play. The Blackhawks came back from a 2-0 deficit and turned it in to a 4-2 series against the St. Louis Blues. Chicago is in round 2! Last is probably the most exciting series is Minnesota vs Colorado, The Wild (Minnesota) won against the Avalanche (Colorado) in game 7 in overtime!
Round 2: New York Rangers vs Pittsburgh Penguins, Los Angeles Kings vs Anaheim Ducks, Boston Bruins vs Montreal Canadians, and the Chicago Blackhawks vs Minnesota Wild.
