Science Harvard Letter

We had to do a letter of how the seasons were caused here is my letter:

Dear Harvard Students,
After watching your on a video, I found your explanation of seasons inaccurate. If I understand you correctly you said that the Earth gets closer to the Sun. The closer the Earth is to the Sun the Earth gets hotter because the Earth is closer to the Sun.
After my amazing science teacher explained the seasons, I found the seasons are caused by the tilt of the Earth and the Revolution. The Earths tilt is at a 23.5 angle. The tilt of the Earth affects the direct and indirect heating. If the northern hemisphere is tilted toward the sun it gets more direct sunlight which makes it warmer causing summer.
So thanks for reading. Have a great day!
Best Regards,

Aiden
